Your introductory session begins with a brief intake so we can understand your goals, experience, and any injuries or limitations. From there, our experienced instructors will guide you through the Pilates apparatus and key movement principles, focusing on safety, clarity, and supportive instruction tailored to you.

Each 50-minute session is designed to help you feel confident, supported, and clear on your next best step, whether that’s private one-on-one training, group equipment classes, or a combination of both.
