Services
At our boutique studio, we offer a variety of training options to meet your individual needs — including Private Sessions, Semi-Private Sessions, and small, tailored group equipment classes.
Our Pilates apparatus includes: Wunda Chairs, Reformers, Small Barrels, Spine Correctors, the Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Pedi-Pole, Toe Exerciser, Foot Corrector, Bean Bag Roll-Up Device, and a variety of magic circles, poles, hand weights, foam rollers, balls, bands, and other small props.
Memberships are available for all services and are customized for each client. Memberships begin on the 15th of the month. We also offer single-session rates and packages of 10 sessions, which can be purchased directly online.
For those new to our studio, we’re pleased to offer an Introductory Special: 3 private sessions for $250 (subject to availability). This is a great way to get started and discover which format suits you best—whether continuing with private training, joining group equipment classes, or blending both.
Private and Semi-Private Sessions are scheduled by appointment when group classes are not being held. Please contact the studio to create a customized plan that fits your goals, schedule, and budget.
Session Types:
Private Sessions: One-on-one individualized training.
Semi-Private Sessions: Duet or trio groups formed by clients.
Group Equipment Classes: 4–5 participants, individually tailored, using Chairs, Reformers, Small Barrels, Spine Correctors, magic circles, poles, hand weights, foam rollers, balls, bands, and other small props.
Studio Policies
Sessions are 50–55 minutes unless otherwise noted.
Please select your programs carefully, as all sales are final.
Prepaid and discounted packages expire 90 days from the purchase date.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
Late Arrivals:
For safety and flow, late entries more than 10 minutes after the start time may forfeit their reservation.
Standing Appointments:
Consistent attendance helps us reserve your preferred time. Repeated absences may result in a time slot being released, but we’re happy to help find a new option that better fits your schedule.
Low Enrollment Policy:
If only one person is registered for a group class, that client may:
Convert the session to a private lesson with the scheduled instructor (at the private rate), or
Cancel the booking without penalty.
Instructors will reach out approximately 24 hours in advance to confirm your preference. Clients do not need to monitor enrollment—we will contact you by your preferred method (email, text, or phone).
Scheduling:
Private and Semi-Private sessions are by appointment and may occasionally overlap with others using the studio space.
In-Home or Private Studio Reservations:
Available by request for an additional fee. Please contact us for details.
Attire:
Wear fitted, comfortable clothing that allows full movement. Avoid bulky clothing, zippers, or buttons that could damage equipment. Shoes are not worn during sessions; grip socks (such as ToeSox) are preferred for safety. If you wear shorts, please layer fitted bike shorts underneath for comfort and privacy.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged for a missed session or class, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations can be made online. Private session clients may also notify their instructor or the studio directly.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will be charged in full. This policy helps ensure fairness to our clients, instructors, and studio operations.
We understand that emergencies happen—one grace cancellation per year may be granted upon request.
Thank you for your mindfulness and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth, supportive environment for everyone.
Please contact the studio with any questions about our policies before making a purchase.
