At our boutique Pilates studio, we offer a variety of training options to support your individual goals, schedule, and experience level. Choose from Private Sessions, Semi-Private Sessions, and small, thoughtfully designed Group Equipment Classes.

Memberships are available for all services and are customized for each client. Memberships begin on the 15th of each month.

These packages are a great way to get started and explore which training format works best for you—private sessions, group equipment classes, or a combination of both.
Session Types
Private Sessions
One-on-one, fully individualized instruction.Semi-Private Sessions
Duet or trio sessions formed by clients.Group Equipment Classes
Small groups of 4–5 participants, with individualized attention using Reformers, Chairs, Barrels, and a variety of small props.
Private and Semi-Private sessions are scheduled by appointment when group classes are not in session. Please contact the studio to create a customized plan that fits your goals, schedule, and budget.
Studio Policies
Sessions are 50–55 minutes, unless otherwise noted.
Please select your programs carefully; all sales are final.
Prepaid and discounted packages of 10 sessions expire 90 days from the purchase date.
We accept cash, check, Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express.
Late Arrivals
For safety and class flow, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their reservation.
Standing Appointments
Consistent attendance allows us to reserve your preferred time. Repeated absences may result in a standing appointment being released, though we’re always happy to help find a new option that better fits your schedule.
Low Enrollment Policy (Group Classes)
If only one client is registered for a group class, that client may choose to:
Convert the session to a Private Lesson with the scheduled instructor (at the private rate), or
Cancel without penalty
Instructors will contact you approximately 24 hours in advance to confirm your preference. Clients do not need to monitor enrollment—we will reach out via your preferred method (email, text, or phone).
Scheduling
Private and Semi-Private sessions are scheduled by appointment and may occasionally overlap with other sessions using the studio space.
In-Home or Private Studio Sessions
Available by request for an additional fee. Please contact the studio for details.
Attire
Wear fitted, comfortable clothing that allows full movement.
Avoid bulky clothing, zippers, or buttons that could damage equipment.
Shoes are not worn during sessions; grip socks (such as ToeSox) are preferred.
If wearing shorts, please layer fitted bike shorts underneath for comfort and privacy.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid being charged for a missed session or class, 24 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations may be made online. Private session clients may also notify their instructor or the studio directly.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—are charged in full.
One grace cancellation per year may be granted upon request for emergencies.
