Our group equipment classes offer a flowing and challenging workout for you to learn the key principles of the Pilates method primarily using the Reformers, Wunda chairs, small barrels, and other Pilates apparatus and props.  These classes allow for flexible scheduling at an affordable cost.  Class size is limited to 4 or 5 participants so we maintain an intimate setting as well as provide individualized teaching to all students in the class.  

You must pre-register for group equipment classes to ensure enough space is available for you.  Drop-ins not allowed!
